Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to us.   Accordingly, if the product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, contact us within 3 days of receipt notifying us of your intent to return the item. We will issue a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. The item must be shipped within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping and handling. Clearance and sale items are non-refundable.   Each item must be returned to LoClar Uniques in the same condition as it was originally sent. Damaged items cannot be accepted for refund due to client negligence.

Note: International orders may not be returned for refund. If your product is damaged or defective we will send you a replacement ONLY after you email for instructions.

What to Do?

1- Send the item back in the original packing material to avoid damage with the RMA   number attached to the merchandise.
