Your satisfaction is very important to us. Accordingly, if the product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, contact us within 3 days of receipt notifying us of your intent to return the item. We will issue a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. The item must be shipped within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping and handling. If you have received free shipping you will be fully refunded less the original shipping charges. Clearance and sale items are non-refundable. Each item must be returned to LoClar Uniques in the same condition as it was originally sent. Damaged items cannot be accepted for refund due to client negligence. There will be no refunds or exchanges on any item after 30 days from purchase.

Note: International orders may not be returned for refund. If your product is damaged or defective we will send you a replacement ONLY after you email for instructions.

What to Do?

1- Send the item back in the original packing material to avoid damage with a copy of your invoice with the returned items noted.  You must return the package United States Postal Service as the return address is a P. O. Box. If you desire to use another shipping method than the USPS we can furnish you with another delivery address.
